1. Pre-Order Discount

   Pre-order customers receive a 20% discount off the retail price. The discounted price is displayed alongside the original retail price throughout the platform.

2. Pre-Order Window

   Pre-orders are accepted until March 20, 2026. Orders submitted after this date cannot be processed.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment

   After you submit a pre-order request, an INN7 representative will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment. Submitting this form does not constitute a confirmed order.

4. Full Prepayment Required

   100% payment is required in advance to secure your order. Your items will only be reserved once full payment has been received.

5. Delivery Timeline

   Please allow up to 3 months from the date of payment for delivery. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection or shipment.

6. Cancellation by INN7

   INN7 reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund. This may occur due to stock availability or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. No Customer Cancellations After Payment

   Once payment has been made, the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded by the customer.
